We are back for our 6th season at the Oxbow Beer Garden in Oxford, Maine! We offer XC Ski & Snowshoe rentals for use on their trails. Finish your XC Ski or Snowshoe excursion with pizza and beer at the Oxbow Beer Garden with plenty of outdoor seating by a fire. Family and dog friendly.

If you have questions about your reservation, give us a call at the Portland Gear Hub’s retail location at 207-761-7632 during our retail hours: Tuesday – Friday 10 AM – 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM – 4 PM.
If you have a question about a reservation on Saturday or Sunday, send us a text message at 207-761-7632. Pleas note: we are unable to answer the phone on Sundays!
Rental Equipment Details:
**Last rentals for all equipment go out at 2:45pm & all rentals must be back by 4pm**
Nordic Skis:
We have excellent nordic skis, boots, and poles from Rossignol available to rent for both beginners and seasoned skiers. These skis have easy step-in bindings, the boots are comfy & supportive, and the lightweight poles will help you cruise along the trails.
Snowshoes:
We have a selection of snowshoes for adults & children of all sizes.
A great, low-impact way to get out and enjoy the beauty of winter on the trails! (Walking without snowshoes is not permitted on the trails).
