“Here to Stay” Campaign
Campaign Progress and Deadline
We have a time-limited opportunity to purchase our building and property at 155 Washington Ave in Portland. Owning this property will eliminate uncertainties related to rental rates, lease renewals, and the risk of relocating in Portland’s dynamic real estate market. Our current large lot, spanning 13,000 sq. ft., is essential for hosting volunteer groups, programs, community events, and safe test rides. The building and parking lot have been customized and improved to meet our programming, recycling, donation, and storage needs. Additionally, we are in a prime location, ensuring that the people who need our services most can easily access them. We need $1,560,00 to buy the building, and we’ve already raised over $1.3M!!
This opportunity expires on December 1st, 2024. See Our Here to Stay Campaign for Details.
